Step by step information on how to get a good work the easiest and fasrest way
Find put in order and correct
The first step to design your album is to find all the images to be included in it in and put them in a folder in correct order. It is a good point to revise all images and correct their brightness, colour and saturation
before starting to layout
Final touch and size of the album
Select a final touch and a format based on the volume of images and the aim of the album (wedding, holidays photographic report, etc.). We normally use leather finish and big size albums (30x40 cm or 35x35) for wedding photographic reports. Smaller size albums use to be
designed for other uses and you can choose whether they have covers or not. It is important to calculate the number of pages the album will have
before starting to layout.
Select the program
To design the album you can choose between our own free application “Image Desk Miratge” or your own creation in Photoshop, for example. Other programs can also be used to create the album, this is up to the client.

There are two ways of sending your jobs
Aplicación Image Desk Miratge application
·This free application is very easy to handle. Once the design of the album is finished, the only thing you will need to do is to follow every step the program will offer. It is a very easy way to create and send your albums.
Via FTP:
· This is the most common way to send your albums and the most used one by those clients who design their albums with photoshop or other design programs.
Procedure as follows:
Colour and size files managings
· Digital files must contain these features: JPG, RGB, 250 dpi:
· Size of internal sheets:
• 20x20 albums: 21x41 cm size sheets
• 24x30 albums: 31x49 cm size sheets
• 24x30 albums: 25x61 cm size sheets
• 35x35 albums: 36x71 cm size sheets
• 30x40 albums: 41x61 cm size sheets
Credit card:
This payment system will only be possible when using “Image Desk”. This application directly connects to La Caixa gateway payment and you will be required to follow easy instructions. The virtual payment system from La Caixa is a safe payment way. Miratge Fotografía, S.L. has no access to the information of your credit card, we only receive confirmation of the payment. The card verification process is directly done by the bank.

A deposit must be done in IBAN ES62 2100 2863 61 0210002949 BIC/CODE SWIFT CAIXESBBXXX La Caixa to Miratge Fotografía S.L.Using this system can affect the delivery date of the album order because we must wait for the proof of receipt.

General Conditions of Contract
This document contains the General Conditions of Contract. Ordering entails your acceptance of these General Conditions of Contract, which means a contract is celebrated between you and Miratge Fotografía S.L.
Before contracting our services, you will have to accept the general conditions and the legal line. Click ACCEPT, you will find it down at the right. Then you will be able to start ordering.
Service offer
The price that should be paid for the photographic services is set by the current pricing list at the moment the contract is held. This list appears in the computer application, together with the accepted ways of payment. All prices include taxes.
Privacy of photographs
You should make a secure copy of the digital photographs you send to Miratge Fotografía S.L. We do not hold any copy of your sent material. The information related to the use and to the invoicing process will be kept during the obliged period to upheld legal and invoicing rules.
Intellectual Property rights
You are responsible of the transferred images. You guarantee you are the only owner of all rights on the uploaded images and that you do not violate third party's rights appearing in the images. You are responsible of the eventual offenses on intellectual property rights if they occur, if so you will have to declare in a document you absolve Miratge Fotografía S.L. of all responsibility.
You will keep all rights and obligations on all the data and documents sent to us. However, as for your order, we will have the right to use and modify the data and documents only to carry your album out.
Service delivery
Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. We will do what is in our hands to deliver on time. However, there will be no option to indemnity for any damages or to cancel the contract because of a delay in the delivery, except that this delay has been caused by Miratge Fotografía S.L.
Cancellation of an order
Due to the custom orders and in accordance with Article 45 of Law 7 / 1996 on January 15 Retail, there is no right of return in the case of those goods manufactured to customer specifications or which have been clearly made as of the same or because of their status or do not meet the conditions for its return.
Rectification and compensation for damages
Miratge Fotografía S.L. ensures that contract services will be implemented in accordance with the terms stipulated in the tender. Miratge Fotografía S.L. promises to cure any defect which is a direct result of an improper delivery of services, where photography is attributable to Miratge S.L. or any of its employees. For this the following rules are taken into account:
(a) Where the defect consists of a defect in the delivered product, the correction will consist, first of all and as far as this is possible, in the repair or replacement of defective product;
(b) Where, by the nature of the service, it is not possible to repair or replace the defective product, we offer the customer the technical and economic information favorable to remedy the defect occurred;
(c) In the alternative, if the correction taking into account the rules set out in paragraphs (a) and (b) above is not satisfactory, the customer is entitled to demand a price reduction or rescind the contract, return in this latter case the price paid.
Miratge fotografia S.l. reserves the right to examine the defects by the customer.
Miratge Fotografía S.L.'s responsibility shall be limited to the correction in the terms described above. Miratge Fotografía S.L. shall not be liable for damages accessories, if any, arising from the execution of services. By way of example and not limiting in this category include damages for loss of data, files, images, information, opportunities or benefits and moral damages.
Also Miratge Fotografía S.L. assumes no responsibility for color difference between original image and product delivery , caused by a poor quality original image file. Claims on grounds of aesthetic taste will not be considered as defects in things.
Warranties and liabilities under this clause shall not apply where the damage or defect is due to force majeure or a cause attributable to the customer. In any case, the guarantee provided here supersedes any other warranties.
The treatment provided in this clause shall not be enforceable against persons acting as consumers in accordance with Spanish law, if a judge or court considers that the restrictions herein provided for are contrary to the basic consumer rights. The same rule applies in cases of intent or gross negligence in the execution of services.
In your capacity as a customer you will be liable to Miratge Fotografía S.L. against third owners of industrial property rights or intellectual property resulting from your use of our services. You will be also required to exempt such persons from claims by third parties.
Illegal material
It is expressly prohibited charging or distributing illegal photographic material (such as child pornography or similar) through our services. For this purpose, Miratge Fotografía S.L. carries out internal controls of the photographic materials available and take all appropriate and legally actions required to report such misuse.
Miratge Fotografía S.L. reserves the right to remove without any notice all photographic materials, when such material has been reported for legal reasons or for any other reason. In this case we may reject the order execution.
In the event of a police or any other administrative authority requirement or when we have a reason for that, we will provide all photographic materials and related personal information to law enforcement or other government authorities.
Disclaimer
Miratge Fotografía S.L. assumes no responsibility for any loss of data, files, images, information, opportunities or benefits and moral damages when such loss or damage is occurring during transmission or at the server. In the event that you are a trader, the responsibility for the damages mentioned above shall be excluded in cases of intent or negligence, unless the damages result from the culpable breach of essential contractual obligations.
The treatment provided in this clause shall not be enforceable against persons acting as consumers in accordance with Spanish law, if a judge or court considers that the restrictions herein provided for are contrary to the basic consumer rights. The same rule applies in cases of intent or gross negligence in the execution of services.
In your capacity as a customer you will be liable to Miratge Fotografía S.L. against third owners for damages that occur as a result of your use of our services. You will be also required to exempt such persons from claims by third parties.
Service availability
We pledge to do everything reasonably possible to maintain this service in full operation 24 hours a day. However, we can not assume responsibility for any faults or damage and economic losses that you may be caused due to the fact that this on-line ordering system, or parts thereof, is temporarily not available, or by other technical problems.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
In the event that disputes arise over these General Conditions shall apply the law of the Spanish state. Competent jurisdiction for the courts of the city of Barcelona will apply in cases in which you are a merchant, a public legal entity or body under public law. In the event that you are not a dealer the legal rules on jurisdiction shall apply.
The rules of the United Nations concerning the sale of goods shall not apply.
Final provisions
In the event that one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are invalid the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
Both parties undertake to adopt a provision that approaches to the greatest extent possible the economic purpose pursued by the invalid.
Modifications
In the event that over time is necessary to update the General Conditions for legal reasons or any other circumstance, we will inform you about changes or new introductions. These changes will take effect immediately after its notification and shall apply to all orders after that date. On this page you will always find the latest version.
